Some suggestions:
Day 1: explore the Musée de la Marine de Loire museum, hike in the Orléans Forest and climb the Belvédère des Caillettes viewing platform
Day 2: pedal the Loire à Vélo cycle route with a lunch break in one of the picnic areas.
Day 3: visit the church of Germigny-des-Prés and the abbey in Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire and take a boat trip on the river
Day 4: hike between Châteauneuf-sur-Loire and Jargeau on the Two Bridges walking trail, and choose between a picnic or restaurant meal.
Day 5: paddle down the Loire in a canoe, stop off to visit the old port in Châteauneuf-sur-Loire or the old medieval town of Jargeau
Day 6: prepare your picnic, get out the fishing rods and enjoy a relaxing break on the banks of the Orléans Canal.
